Recognizing the importance of brand consistency, we developed a professional and distinctive set of visual identifiers including a long-form logo, a more concise variation of logos, from long-form, short-form logo, and a favicon, each designed to be recognizable and scalable across various digital and physical platforms.

Central to our rebranding effort was the preservation of the original Pantone color used in OP360’s first logo 14 years ago, ensuring a sense of continuity and respect for the brand’s heritage. This choice was strategic, aiming to maintain familiarity among existing customers while modernizing the appearance to appeal to new markets. The redesign of the visual elements was complemented by a brand strategy that involved updating all marketing materials, from business cards to digital banners, ensuring a cohesive brand message that communicates OP360’s evolved identity clearly and effectively. In 2021, IN an internal consultant, representing NKR, partnered up with SYDM, spearheaded a strategic redesign of OP360’s website, transforming it into a user-centric, and visually engaging platform that dramatically boosted the brand’s online presence. This redesign was planned to transition the brand’s image from a more traditional, static appearance to a dynamic and modern aesthetic, aligning with current web standards and user expectations.

The core focus of the redesign was to enhance the user experience by streamlining navigation and reducing page loading times, thereby making it quicker and easier for potential clients and job applicants to access the information they need. We incorporated responsive design principles to ensure the website’s optimal performance across all devices, which is crucial for reaching a broader audience in today’s mobile-centric world. Advanced SEO techniques were also integrated into the website’s architecture to improve visibility and drive higher organic search rankings. A proper content management system (CMS) was introduced that allows for easy updates and management of content by OP360’s team, ensuring the website remains fresh and relevant. The homepage now prominently displays essential information for a BPO company, that is both client-centric and employee-centric.

The impact of these improvements was substantial. Within the first few months post-launch, website traffic increased by 972%, and the site’s conversion rates rose by 680%. Customer trust was significantly improved as evidenced by increased engagement metrics and longer average session durations. Two years after this successful launch, 2023, OP360 initiated another website redesign, led by SYDM, with development support from NKR Digital. This update introduced playful colors to add visual appeal while retaining effective navigation and clear calls to action. A live chat feature was also integrated, enhancing user interaction and customer service. These updates not only maintained the site’s functionality and appeal but also demonstrated OP360’s commitment to staying current and responsive to user needs and preferences.
