How do I schedule a meeting?
You can schedule a meeting by contacting us via email, phone, or using our online booking system. Provide your preferred date and time, and we will confirm the availability.
What information do I need to provide when scheduling a meeting?
Please provide your name, contact information, the purpose of the meeting, and your preferred date and time. If you have any specific requirements or topics to discuss, include those as well.
How will I know if my meeting is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email or message with the meeting details once your preferred date and time are confirmed.
Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a meeting with the link provided on your email confirmation. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation?
If you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t find it, contact us directly to ensure your meeting is scheduled.
What are your available meeting hours?
Our standard meeting hours are 8am to 5pm Eastern Time (New York). If you need a meeting outside of these hours, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I schedule a virtual meeting?
Yes, all discovery and inquiry calls are done virtually via Zoom. Please indicate your preference when scheduling the meeting.
Is there a fee for scheduling a meeting?
Generally, there is no fee for for any Discovery or Inquiry Calls. However, fees may apply for other nature of calls such as detailed strategy sessions or ongoing consultations.
What if I have technical difficulties during a virtual meeting?
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you or reschedule the meeting if necessary.
